1. Acceptance

By accessing or using up-llm.com and the UP-LLM platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Permitted use

The Service is provided so that authorised users can obtain insurance quote indications, build quotes, and exchange information with partner brokerages and underwriters. You may use the Service only for legitimate insurance-related purposes on behalf of yourself or an organisation you are authorised to represent.

3. Intellectual property

All content, source code, designs, user interfaces, rating logic, factor tables, algorithms, AI prompts, document and email templates, trademarks, and branding on the Service are and remain the exclusive property of UP-LLM and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are not granted any licence to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, mine, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Service, in whole or in part, without UP-LLM’s prior written consent. No use of the Service confers any ownership or licence over the underlying intellectual property.

Any quote outputs, rating tables, or generated documents you receive through the Service may be used only for your own internal evaluation and the placement of the insurance you requested.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at security@up-llm.com if you suspect any unauthorised access.

5. Quote indications are not contracts of insurance

Quotes and indications generated by the Service are indicative only, are subject to underwriting review and acceptance, and do not constitute an offer or contract of insurance. Cover is bound only when an authorised underwriter or broker issues confirmation in writing outside of the Service.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UP-LLM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

8. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the Service to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Probe, scan, or attempt to breach the security of the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the data of other users.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without consent.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason in our sole discretion.

10. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which UP-LLM is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
